With over 16 years of knowledge, experience and skills in childcare and management, Tick Tock Mobile Creche prides our service and staffs. we aim for all our teams to achieve and serve the best by providing company training and team building sessions to ensure a quality service for our creche customers and guests
Our staff childcare teams have a friendly nature with a passion for childcare, we are all qualified nursery nurses, child-minders and playworkers to either levels 2 or 3 in childcare and education. we all have over 2 years exsperiance with babies and young children for the ages of 0 - 14 years of age.
Tick Tock Mobile Creche ensures all our staffs have continuous and regular childcare training to update their skills, knowledge, confidence and working abilities with children we care for in the environments we supervise for creches and other childcare.
All our staff team complete Tick Tock company and customer service training which includes our 5 star workforce development plan, this is an extra to there level 3 childcare training. Our 5 star work force development plan qualifies staff to the following which must be completed within the first 6 months to a year.
After the completion of the first five work force plan staff are assigned to another 5 training sessions relevant for the children we care for. Our staff and management teams have regular updates, training and meetings to ensure we provide a quality service for ours and your crèche guests.
All Tick Tock Staff have full enhanced CRB Certification via our company procedures to ensure their positions of trust within our company.
